Standard Shipping (Free)
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 2-5 business days from the order’s ship date. Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on product availability. Please note that orders with engraving or gift wrap may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes and known freight forwarders will be delivered within 6-14 business days of the order’s ship date. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
2nd Day Shipping ($15)
Orders shipped via 2nd Day Shipping are delivered within 2 business days from the order’s ship date. 2nd Day orders placed by 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 2nd Day Shipping.
Overnight Shipping ($25)
Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date. Overnight orders placed by 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
We cannot ship orders to locations outside the United States and its territories at this time.

Shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. Please note, Overnight Service may not be available for some remote destinations.
A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and Second Day shipments. Expedited orders containing products that are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped on the next business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Some items sold by TOMFORDBEAUTY.com Online require special handling as specified by federal, state, and/or local regulations governing the transport of these items. In addition, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
FORWARDING
TOMFORDBEAUTY.com is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. TOMFORDBEAUTY.com is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship your product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. Damage must be reported prior to the forwarding company accepting the package. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.
ALASKA, HAWAII, AND OTHER US TERRITORIES
Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. TOMFORDBEAUTY.com currently ships to the following U.S. Territories:

- U.S. Virgin Islands
Shipping to some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Orders shipped to U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Overnight and Second Day Priority shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories

PO BOXES AND APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES
Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. TOMFORDBEAUTY.com currently ships to the following APO/FPO/DPO locations:

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days with Standard shipping. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot be shipped by Overnight or Second Day shipping methods.
INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

TOMFORDBEAUTY Online Return Policy
Products purchased from TOMFORDBEAUTY.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. All returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. We accept returns for products purchased from TOMFORDBEAUTY.com only.
Items noted as ‘final sale’ or ‘not returnable’ are not eligible for exchange or return.
If you ship back any portion of an order that is outside our policy, TOM FORD BEAUTY is not obligated to ship the items back to you or refund any part of the order.
For items returned within our returns policy:
Returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s).
Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Once your return has been fully processed, you will receive a credit confirmation via email with your refund amount.
The purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Refunds issued to a credit card, or for orders placed through Instagram can take up to 7-10 business days to post to your account. If another payment method was used, please reach out to that payment provider or financial institution for more information.
Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of TOMFORDBEAUTY.com.
Tomfordbeauty.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.
If issued in these instances, TOMFORDBEAUTY.com has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of an electronic gift card or a refund check.
If you ship back any portion of a final sale order, TOM FORD BEAUTY is not obligated to ship the items back to you or refund any part of your order.
